What type of photography do you specialize in?
We specialize in event photography services in Pakistan for business, corporate and government. We also love shooting professional portraits and headshots.

Which locations in Pakistan do you provide photography services?
We provide photography services in Pakistan. No matter you want our services in Punjab, Sindh, KPK or Balochistan our expert will be available for your convenience.
Who is my contact prior and during the event?
Our representatives likes to personally call every client prior to the event or shoot for a quick chat, we believe personal service works better in person.
At the event the head photographer will be your main contact point and direct any second shooters. We’ll advise who the head photographer is for your event during the pre event phone call and emails.

How do we mitigate technical issues at the event?
Photographers have at least two professional camera bodies, several lenses and a multitude of accessories specific to your shoot. Well maintained equipment is very reliable these days so it is very unlikely there will be an impact to capturing great photos at your event.

Filming FAQ’S
How long does it take to create a 45-minute corporate video production?
It takes most video production companies a month, on average. AKSS’s on-site “Work Cell” methodology means we can deliver a finished corporate or industrial training video in as little as eight days.
How long does it take to complete a 5-minute trade show video and put it on a DVD?
On average, it takes most video production companies three weeks to complete a high quality 5-minute commercial on DVD for a trade show. By utilizing AKSS’s on-site editing capabilities, we can finish an exceptional 5-minute trade show video production in five to six days.
Is it expensive to revise a video after it has been completed?
Most video companies use a Beta SP tape as a master for backups. This is like taking all of the layers of video, voice-overs, music, graphics and animations and super gluing them all together onto one tape. It’s impossible to separate them so essentially, the project has to be re-edited from scratch.
AKSS has a system that allows you to upgrade or update your video that’s very cost-effective. We charge a 1-day flat fee for updates or upgrades to your video. We are able to offer this service because we keep a live hard drive backup of your entire project. We can easily change audio, take people out and replace them with new actors or employees, change graphics and more. Your project will never be outdated.
What camera should a good production company use?
Good question! The production industry is going through some serious changes regarding cameras. The old standard was either Beta SP or Digital Beta. Now we have High-Definition (HD) cameras and professional DV (Digital Video) and DVCPRO cameras.
Why would I host a crew on-site versus off-site for post-production?
The length of time between approvals can delay your production. By bringing a mobile editing suite on-site, you can track and add input to the production during the post-production stage and provide immediate approval.
Can my DVD be produced in multiple languages?
Absolutely! With the help of a translator and our authoring software, we can create a customized DVD in a selection of languages.
Why would I use your editing services with my existing video?
AKSS provides broadcast quality, digital non-linear services. Our editors can take your project and give it a professional edge through the use of digital video effects, audio processing, DVD authoring and more. This is just one part of the production project. We walk you through every step from pre-production planning and design to choice of output and delivery.

I have existing video footage; can I use that in my video?
Yes, we can incorporate any quality footage you have. Even photos can be added to your video.
What formats can my video come in?
Your video can come in any format you require. Most common are DVD, VHS, Beta, 16mm and web formats.
Will I need actors or someone to do a voice-over?
AKSS can hire actors and help coach the people being interviewed from your company or customer base. We can provide professional voice-over to complete your production or someone from your company can provide it.
Should I have a script prepared?
You don’t need a script or even a storyboard to get started. We have experts on staff that can help with every step in the process. We can help develop the storyboard, script and create your masterpiece in collaboration with you.
How long does filming take?
With experienced and creative videographers, shooting doesn’t have to take long. We will work with you to develop a timeline that will ensure a quality production by the date you require.
What does High-Definition (HD) mean? Is it better?
And how! HD video gives a high resolution, crystal clear picture even on the largest screens. It has almost double the resolution of standard video (SD) and creates a picture so clear you’ll think you were experiencing it firsthand.
What if I want my video in High-Definition (HD)?
We can shoot your video in high-definition using special HD cameras. The quality and definition of HD video is amazing. It keeps its resolution even on the largest displays.
Why should I shoot my video in High-Definition?

Do I need to provide music or graphics for my video?
If you have specific music or graphics you’d like to see in your video, we can include them. If not, AKSS has access to a large library of graphics and music that can be added into any custom video production.
How many copies of the video do you provide? Can I get extra copies?
In the beginning stages of planning your video, we determine how many copies you will require. We can provide you with additional copies at your request.

What will I need to do before we start filming?
The first step will be to meet with AKSS to storyboard your video idea. From there we can determine a timeline for scripting, shooting, editing and post-production. We will also need you to provide any content or graphics that you wish to have in the video.
Why would I spend thousands of dollars on a video I’ll probably only use a couple of times?
Don’t be mistaken; your video can continue to pay dividends long after it has served its initial purpose. We have a great number of ways of doing more with your video. What type of packaging will the DVD come in?
AKSS can design a custom trap sheet (sleeve or case) for your video or you can provide graphics to be included. Customize packaging in any way that you like.
Will I need to provide your videographers with safety equipment?
That won’t be necessary! Our videographers will save you time and money by coming fully prepared with safety shoes and hard hats.

What is the process of shooting a video with AKSS?
The first thing we do is set up a meeting with everyone who’s going to be involved in the video. After that, we put together a storyboard and begin shooting. Are you able to provide subtitles?
Not a problem! We can provide subtitles in a number of languages in addition to English.

What happens if I need more shooting/editing time?
We can always accommodate your needs! We can schedule extra days for editing or shooting.
How do your e-Learning videos work?
We can use an existing video or create one especially for you. At the end of the video, you choose any number and any combination of six different styles of questions to test your viewer’s knowledge. Upon successful completion of the test, performed over the Internet or a company Intranet, a certificate is presented via email. Administrators are informed of the number of test attempts per user, final score and completion.
Do I have to use a video made by AKSS for an e-Learning test?
You can, but you don’t have to. It’s easier if we create the video and the e-Learning test, but ultimately the decision is up to you!
What kind of promotional material do you offer that I can use to share my video?
You can share your videos in other ways besides on a website or burnt DVD. We can accommodate any request, including a Blu Ray Disc or even a personalized USB thumb drive, with your video on it!
What is macro video?
Macro video is when we take our HD cameras with special lenses that allow us to film where regular sized cameras can’t. These special cameras allow us to magnify something so it can be perfectly seen.
Is it possible to integrate my video onto my webpage?
It definitely is! We use our secret video compression technology that allows us to compress a video small enough to play quickly and stream smoothly – with maintained quality. No one else compares to our proprietary technology!
How can I broadcast my seminar to a larger audience?

I already have a video; can you re-edit it for another use? Does it have to be created by AKSS?
No, it doesn’t! We’d love to provide you with a number of services that will help you get the most out of your video. Aren’t walk-in videos and virtual salespersons the same thing?
They may be similar, but they’re not the same thing. With a walk-in video, a person literally steps out of an invisible video frame to deliver your message. A virtual salesperson remains in a video frame that doesn’t block content to deliver your message.
What is your live backup service?
A typical DVD or tape version of your video does not allow for future edits. When a video is formatted for output, the production is finalized. With our live backup service, we keep all production materials so that future edits are not only possible, but are quick and easy.
Can you put a video on my smartphone/PDA?
AKSS has spared no expense to develop its own smartphone or PDA delivery technologies. What this means is we are able to create or convert any video to be played on Smartphones or PDA.
How do I share my blackberry/PDA video with other people?
Once a video is formatted for Blackberry or PDA it can be played on any phone or device. It’s only a matter of transferring it over.
Do you do PowerPoint Presentations?
We can build you any type of PowerPoint you require! We can even integrate your existing video to spruce up your presentation.
Can video be integrated into my PowerPoint?
It most definitely can. Since we keep a live backup of your video, editing it to fit into your PowerPoint is quick and inexpensive.

What is your creative process?
The goal of a creative process is to channel time, energy and creativity in a direction that is in line with a particular project’s needs. By its nature, creativity can be hard to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is of enormous value to do so when possible. A good creative process significantly improves the opportunity for a successful outcome in a reasonable time frame. It defines and controls costs, time, effort, direction, responsibility, expectations, conversation, collaboration, and goals.
What is Armed With Purpose?
Information is the most valuable source of inspiration and strategic direction for every branding project. The client is in the best position to provide much of this information enabling me to gain understanding and context. Armed With Purpose is an interactive PDF brand discovery tool that streamlines this process and is part of most projects.
How do you present concepts to clients?
All projects involve at least one presentation deck that demonstrates the proposed design in real life examples, providing context, and significantly increasing everyone’s ability to see how the branding works.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
No. Our time (and yours) is limited, and I believe that a responsible process narrows focus and helps us to avoid pursuing dead-end concepts and ongoing changes. Typical projects go through one or two rounds of fairly minor revisions because of this process.

Logo files are typically delivered in a number of layouts (vertical, horizontal, stacked, symbol only) in black as well as color. Files are provided in EPS (vector), JPG and GIF formats. For other deliverables, the final files will depend on what you or the manufacturer requires.

What files will I receive at the end of my project?
We work from start to finish on both commercial and personal events. These range from product launches, conferences and company award evenings to celebratory birthday, weddings and anniversary events. We’ve worked across all business sectors and are happy to provide references and testimonials.
What services do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive event planning service. We’re able to find venues, organize catering, décor, accommodation, staffing, equipment and even hire speakers for corporate events. We offer a tailor made service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish.
What are your fees?
We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. We’ll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we’ll also work to your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.

An experienced event planner saves you time and money. We will supply reputable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms and conditions on your behalf and co-ordinate all aspects of your event. Using an event planner takes away stress and worry, and gives you peace of mind to enjoy your event.
What’s the difference between event design and event planning?
Event design and event planning work hand in hand to deliver a successful event. Event design is about bringing your event to life with appropriate colors, themes, seating, etc., whereas event planning co-ordinates the logistic elements and budget management.
Events by AKSS offer tailor made events. This means we incorporate both event design and event planning to create that perfect event.
How do you keep budgets on track?
We are meticulous about keeping track of everything we need to spend money on. This is done by constant monitoring and updating spreadsheets, knowing where to priorities spending and keeping aside a budget to cater for emergency contingencies.
What factors do you consider when selecting a venue?
We consider the size and capacity of venue needed for the number of guests, facilities provided, parking, technical needs and budget constraints. We visit venues to check on the quality of the facilities and liaise with clients, keeping them informed of decisions made.
How early do we need to start planning an event?
Whilst this obviously depends on the size and nature of the event, we’d always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible. At certain times of year certain venues may need to be booked well in advance, as too with reputable suppliers and vendors. We advise handing over the reins to an event planner as soon as you’re aware of an event to be planned. This gives us adequate time to factor in back up plans as well as leaving ample time to negotiate, plan and ensure everything’s in place for your big day.
Can you cope with last minute changes of plan or emergency situations?
We have extensive experience in dealing with the unexpected. We build in contingency measures for all our events and are constantly formulating plans to cope with emergency situations. Rest assured your event is always in the most capable hands.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, do discuss this with your event planner as early as possible, before extra services and products may have been ordered. We will discuss our policies with you before entering into contracts and then liaise with you in the unfortunate event of an event being canceled.
